Christmas 2006 Family Festivities - Enjoyable holiday festive season with Clare, Matt and William. For more photos Click Here Sunday 17th December 2006 Family Christmas Dinner - Most enjoyable Christmas Dinner for all the family at the Beefeater Inn near Nottingham. For more photos Click Here Friday 6th December 2006 Neighbours Christmas Dinner - Very enjoyable Christmas Dinner with the near neighbours at the White Lion public house, Radford Semele. Usual cracker jokes. So good I can't remember one. Here's one I made earlier. 'What do you get when you cross an archer with a gift wrapper?' Answer : Ribbon Hood. 22nd & 30th November 2006 London Sightseeing - Exhausting but enjoyable couple of days with Colin Middleton and Ross James sightseeing in London. Click Here and Click Here 12th & 18th November 2006 Autumn in Warwickshire - See the photos of the Warwickshire Countryside in November after a hot summer and mild autumn. In an average year the autumn leaves would have fallen by mid November, but this year due to the lack of frosts and high winds, the leaves are mostly still on the trees. An unforgettable day on the Great Central Railway in Leicestershire, with the highlight, driving the Southern Region Steam Railway Engine 'Merchant Navy' Class 4-6-2 Number 35030 Elder Dempster Lines. This steam engine is a main line express engine, which pulled the famous high speed passenger trains before the introduction of Diesel Engines. Memories of my youth when I had endless hours of school holidays to laze away by the side of the railway track waiting for the next engine or 'live' piece of machinery to hum and vibrate around the bend towards me.
