It is possible to walk in bottom of the ditch, right around the ring. Not much to see within the ring. At '4' no post. At '5' no gate but post number 9, return to the path sharp left through the wood. At '6' only one fork take the right fork then at the corner of the field is post no 11, turn left and follow path around house by hedge. At '8' by house no signpost except footpath sign. Turn left down avenue of trees in woodland. Bench half way down avenue of trees (presents by Sylvia). Via Devana Roman Road deserted wide green road. Bridleway between '10' and '11' very wide, recently cleared is a delightful velvet smooth grass track. Take care between '11' and '12 car very close and fast. Beyond '13' and '14' take brown dirt track to tarmac drive.
