Description:
Very recommended, Interesting and varied walk. Beautiful village of Hambleden. Interesting young wood along valley between '10' and '11'. Good Tracks. ground unusually dry after continued sunny spell. Look for statue in valley, between '10' and '11' before bend. At statue of such a beauty is not expected in such a lovely valley. Look for WH Smith's grave in the cemetry, he died in 1892.
