Points of Interest:
AA Walks Castell y Bere Dysynni Valley
General:
First Walk of the day
Castle disapointing, bare ruins, little or no renovation. Easy walking from castle to point '6'. Waterfall a pleasant suprise, nothing on walk description. Falls to big to photograph in one frame, only a small amount of water passing over falls as we passed. Good bridge of sleepers over steam after point '8'. Muddy in places after point '8' to '10'. Plenty of sheep dropping in fields. Kissing gate at '12'.

Location Map: - www.streetmap.co.uk
Start & Finish: At entrance to Castell y Bere.

Hazards:
Walking in mist is very dangerous, take a good map and compass. Weather conditions very important on mountains. Warm and weather clothing essential.
